J666RST Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 (edited) Hi Ive just got my Sky HD setup working on my pc with DVBViewer. When I run the wizard and modify my settings I change the captre folder "C:\Documents and Settings\...\My Videos\" to "D:\Recordings" but when I record it always records in C:\Documents and Settings\...\My Videos\ even if I deleate the My Videos folder. DVBViewer puts the My Videos folder back in my C drive. I need to change it as Ive only got 11 gigs on my C drive and thats not enough for HD recordings Anyone got any Ideas? Cheers Lee Edited August 8, 2007 by J666RST Quote
Tjod Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 You could change the recording directory in Options > Recorder. Add a new Directory and than Remove the old one. Quote
Moses Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 if DVBViewer encounters problems writing to drive D:\Recordings he falls back to the windows default directory for videos. Maybe the device is sleeping (happens on some NAS systems) or DVBViewer has insufficient rights to write on it or something like that. Quote
