Hauppauge HVR1300

Hi,

I am a real newbie, and am trying to do this right....

I just purchased the Pro viewer.

PROBLEM:After installation, no channels are found.

WinTv2000 does find the channels, software which came with the Hauppauge tuner (but this software sucks..)

I updated the drivers (http://www.hauppauge.co.uk/pages/support/support new_xpvista.html) of june 2007. DVBViewer noticed the hauppauge hvr1300 tuner after installation and also when running, but it will not scan channels. I will give the pop-up: "No harware available"

 

What am I doing wrong??

I added my system info in TXT file

 

EDIT: ALSO THE SUPPORT FILE WAS ADDED

I added the requested file and fiddled around in the settings, but no sucess. I think it is a driver problem. I really want to use this viewer, since it seems(still) better than my old one.

You did select the correct tunertype in the scanning window and a fitting transponderlist?

Yes I did, but if I hit the scan button, it does not scan...no matter what list I would take. I tried to upload a screenshot of the screen, but it does not let me.
