Timer recording every day but in two weeks

I need to set up a recording timer that will record at the same time every day, or at least many times per week, but starting in two weeks. Is that what will happen if I select the day checkboxes and set a later date?

Yes, just select the first date that the timer has to happen. You'll see that the date of the entry will show just the date you selected (so if there are earlier timers, it will move down in the list).
