Hello.

Is it possible to change the time shift file size?

Thank you

Chris

It does change all by itself. The more timeshifting you do without changing channels the bigger it gets.

DVBViewer do not use a ring buffer. It is recorded until there is not enough disk space or you change the channel or stoop it.

Thank you for your answers. I was asking this because I noticed that after a while (about 10 mins) that I am looking a HD channel I get one single stutter. Then I get another one every 20 or 30 secs.

I tought it was the timeshift file that was too big but I tried to switch off timeshift but is the same.

I also tried to switch from overlay to VMR but is the same.

Where can I look for what is causing this stutters? I also loose ac3 audio for 1 sec during the stutter....

Thank you

Chris

A ring buffer would definitively be nice! Any chance this will happen in a future release?

No. There are several posts in the forum explaining why.
