Does DVBViewer support Level 2.5 and Level 3.5 Teletext at the moment?

Comparison between Teletext Level 1.0 and Teletext Level 2.5.

 

PS. I have noticed that hidden text is not supported in DVBViewer's Teletext. DVBViewer's Teletext automatically shows the hidden text. Is there any way to get the support to hide the text that is meant to be hidden?

Blinking is also not working. Something like this:
