CommanderROR Posted September 1, 2007 Posted September 1, 2007 (edited) I'm afraid I can't help you, but I seem to be having the same problem... I had no trouble before, but now it always freezes after a short time. All I changed is my HDD. Changing the video decoder (SDTV) prolonged the time until it freezes, but it still freezes. I'm trying another decoder now...let's see whether this one works better. My system: WinXP PRO Core2Duo 6400 (2.13Ghz) 4096MB RAM 800Mhz ATI Radeon X1900XT ASUS P5W DH-Deluxe Mainboard Onboard Sound UPDATE: I found that the problem is not there for all channels. SciFi is one that does not work, so is Classica but Sat1 Comedy (also a Premiere channel) works just fine. No idea why it's not working, but I have the same problem in ProgDVB, so I guess it might be either Plugin related or a driver problem(Hauppauge WinTV Nova HD-S2). I'll keep investigating and post if I find the solution. UPDATE2: I think my problem is solved. Was a Windows automatic update...uninstalled the "Clock" update from August 31 and now it seems to be working OK. Will have to wait and see, but I guess that's it for my problem. I found the solution in another thread on this board. http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?...rt=#entry152388 UPDATE3: False alarm. The problem is still there. It just took a bit longer to appear this time... :-( Edited September 2, 2007 by CommanderROR Quote
