Vista / Recordingservice problem

I have a very strange problem with Recordingservice:

If i start DVBViever when Recording service is recording, it says something like this: " A recording is runing, do you want to stop it?" if i say No DVBViewer is starting up, but it is extremely slow. The intial steps with the green bar showing the progress of intializing OSD skins etc. takes about 5 minutes to finish. After this, the DVBViewer window is black, no TV. When i try to tune to a channel everything is very slow. If i say yes to stop the recording, everything works fine

 

My configuration is:

Intel Core Duo

Vista Home Premium

2 Gig RAM

Techncotrend S2-3200 DVB-S

Hauppauge 1300 DVB-T

GeForce 7300GS Graphics
