Recording with rec.service from encrypted channels

Hi.

Have a problem with recordings from encrypted channels, especially with rec.service.

I have several recordings which size are 300-360kB when they should be 1,5 - 2gB (movies).

I noticed that if the channel is already tuned from where the movie comes from, there won't be no problems.

 

Edit: Just tried to watch those recordings; sound yes, picture no and DVBV crashes.

The small size means the CAM did not start the encryption. Make sure you have disabled the child protection pin of the CAM. There is no way to input it in the rec.service.
