Jori McInen Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 Hello, Can anybody say if FloppyDTV-C works with DVBViewer pro ?? There is said that FloppyDTV-S works but how is it with FloppyDTV-C ? And does it work with Windows Vista 32 bit? Thank you very much. Quote
Moses Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 FloppyDTV-C works perfectly with DVBViewer, at least in Windows XP. It should work good in Vista 32, too. Quote

Yes I bought FireDTV-C (same as floppyDTV-C but different "box"). Here are insturctions for Vista 32 bit 1. Download latest BDA-driver from digital-everywhere (not BDA for 64 bit but the plain "BDA-driver" link) and extract the zip-file. 2. Download the latest firmware package and extract it. (Dont start exe yet) 3. Instal the card by searching the file from local computer when Vista asks for driver - select the extracted BDA-folder 4. Follow insturctions and accept everything... 5. Start the firmaware exe 6. Follow instructions Without new firmware wasnt be able to find any channels (QAM 128) but after firmaware update and proper ini-file for channel frequencies (DVBViewer Pro) everything worked great. ps. ini-files are located in C:ProgramData-folder.... - NOT in instal directory´s transponders folder - those are there for nothing Edited September 5, 2007 by Jori McInen Quote
