zigger1_2000 Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 (edited) Running DVBViewer Pro Beta 3.8.1.1 in Vista with a Skystar 2 I keep getting asked to enter my Username and Password and warned DVBViewer will be closed and must be restarted. I have purchased and have a valid username and password 1. I check the username and password and then click OK 2. I start DVBViewer again and the system keeps repeating the process so I can not have the program running for more than a few seconds. Any ideas? I have the support.zip attached. Lars_MQ Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 This is not a beta problem. The installation instructions state: Make sure you have a running 3.8.0 installation. I'm not wasting my time with people not able to follow simple instructions. Quote
zigger1_2000 Posted September 6, 2007 Author Posted September 6, 2007 (edited) Admin - Please delete this post I installed 3.8.0 but did not run it. Also any replies as I made an edit. Edited September 6, 2007 by zigger1_2000 Quote
Tjod Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Now the next problem I have is that when I change to an encrypted channel it says "No hardware available". Is this normal?Yes you need a TV-Card with CI the SkyStar 2 is not able th watch encrypted channels. How did you know that you have a runig 3.8.0 installation if you never start it? Quote
hackbart Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 If you have used a non legal version of the DVBViewer: Remove it completely- this also includes all of the settings you made as well as the recordings you did. Christian Quote
