tomppa Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Hello! I was stupid enough to upgrade my DVBViewer 3.6.x to 3.8.0.0. Live-TV and channels lists work OK and recording seems to be OK also. But.. I can't playback my .ts files with DVBViewer 3.8.0.0! Before it worked like a charm. DVBViewer doesn't give any error code when I try to playback files, but windows gives some warning sound. After playback-attempt DVBViewer doesn't shut down properly, I have to shut DVBViewer process from Windows' task manager. The problems began after upgrading. I have tried to uninstall DVBViewer and do a fresh install, I even discarded old settings and channel lists. I have tried various settings with no luck. In Directx-settings I have chosen Cyberlink's AVC-decoder for HD-files. There's no old version (3.6.x) available in downloads-section I can play some .ts files with Mediaplayer Classic, but for some strange reason Mediaplayer doesn't play all the files correctly (plays audio only). My .ts files are mainly .264 HD streams. My system is: MCE05, C2D@2.4Ghz, Asus 965P-mobo, GF 7600GS, 1GB RAM, TT 3200, PowerDVD 7.3Ultra, Nero 7. Quote

tomppa Posted September 8, 2007 Author Posted September 8, 2007 Please post some more information:http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=2210 That application was very useful. Error log said that the problem was with xxxx.dll. I removed it from plugins-folder and now everything works perfectly. Thanks! Quote
