Cockton Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 (edited) Hi, I just installed the ffdshow and keeping the modifications moderate, the picture quality has improved. But I have a few problems: 1) when changing channels (in DVBViewer) it sometimes takes very long to change the video, audio is changed almost immediately but the video lags like 10 seconds. After the video catches up, there is some digital errors in the image until it settles down. 2) In moving elements in the picture there is some strange noise, like an interlaced image out of sync. 3) And a strange problem: the OSD-menu is not in left border, but almost in the middle of the screen. And the channel info appearing in the bottom of the screen is in the middle of the screen and not streched from left to right. From ffdshow I have activated the levels and image resize to be the tv native resolution (1366 x 768). From the codes I changed the MPEG-2 to libmpeg2. There is no other changes in the ffdshow. From DVBViewer decoder settings I have selected the ffdshow options. What should I do to correct these problems? Thanks in advance! Edit: I just purchased the latest DVBViewer, the PC is self assembled Intel C2D E6420 / Intel DG965OT. Edited September 10, 2007 by Cockton Quote
