Resume playback broken

Previously when playing back a .ts file I could choose to start at the beginning or the last played position. Since installing v 3.9.0.0 this function has been lost.

How can I reinstate this?

Hmmm, strange... this is working for me in 3.9 after upgrade from 3.8. No changes need for me

My wife was complaining about that too and I tried to find that settings in option but didn't find it. I have 3.9. I don't remeber having problem with any previos versions.

It still works in 3.9. There is just one change: if the video was played to the very end, DVBViewer won't ask to resume playback anymore.

You could try to delete the databases in the configuration folder. Be sure that DVBViewer is not running to do so. A faulty database can be a reason for this feature not working.

Thanks for the suggestion but it did not make it work.

I reinstalled 3.8 and it works OK in this respect, as previously. I also tried 3.9 install over the top of working 3.8, but no luck.

OK I did a complete uninstall and a clean install of v 3.9.

I can get the resume playback to work if I stop playback before exiting DVBV. However it does not work just on exit, as it did previously.

This is near enough to be workable.

I have attached the support zip, if it helps:

I'm not at home, but can confirm that ours behaivor is not to stop the movie and then exit, we exit directly.

DVD playback did not resume for me. Otherwise I think resume did work (I moved back to 3.8.0.0).

Me too. Works well now. I do not miss anything from 3.9
