Problem uninstalling 3.9

I have a problem uninstalling version 3.9 from my system.

I get the following response "C:\Program Files\DVBViewer\unins002.msg" is missing.

Where can i get a copy of this file or is it possible to uninstall another way?

try to reinstall into the same directory and then uninstall.
