Tune last channel after "Standby"

When DVBV 3.9 wakeups after standby mode under vista 32 it doesn't switch to the last tuned channel. Instead it is going to the first line in the channel list, eg Astra sat name. Even the option "tune last channel" is crossed. Without standby with normal exit and start there is no problem.

What i'm doing wrong here ?
