DVB Subtitles

I have never gotten DVBViewer to remember the DVB subtitles settings for a channel, not in any version of DVBViewer including 3.9.0.0. Each time I tune a channel with DVB subtitles I have to manually activate the subtitle I want.

 

Teletext subtitles is remembered for each channel, when I tune a channel with teletext subtitles the last used subtitle is displayed automatically.

 

I’m doing anything wrong?

I think I know what the problem is. There is an option to enable DVB Subtitles if available, but this doesn’t work because the three letter language code used by DVBViewer/Windows for Sweden doesn’t match the transmitted one. DVBViewer/Windows uses "SVE" for Sweden but the subtitles transmitted uses "SWE". Changing the “SETUP.XML” from “SVE” to “SWE” doesn’t help in this case.

 

Any suggestions?
