auto subtitle not load

Hello,

I select in option for subtitles at Lng 1 Romanian but the subtitle not load when i tune a channel. In setup.xml the subtitle have code "rom" but in OSD i have "DVB: rum" for manual selection. I use ver 3.9. Thanks
