service is currently scrambled

I can scan and find all my channels but when I pick one the "common interface" program in floppyDTV tells me that "service is currently scrambled"

 

What is wrong here?

With FloppyDTV there is a program that tells me what messages the CI module is sending back to the program.

 

so when I open DVBViewer and pick a channel. it tells me "E30 - service is currently scrambled"

with DVBViewer you don't need that program, since version 3.8. Better close it and remove it from autorun. This is most likely a message from your cam or smartcard and may mean that there is something wrong with your subscription (messages normaly mean that there is something wrong ).
