phunqe Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 (edited) Hello, I'm using a FireDTV-C card and I'm having issues with the audio on certain channels. I've checked that all have an Audio ID. What I notice is that on the channels I do have audio I can see two red rings and 2/0 in the status bar at the bottom, while on the channels without audio I see only one ring (blue this time) and 1/0. What does this mean? Thank you. Edited November 30, 2007 by phunqe Quote

Dis you install AC3 filter to decode dolby digital / AC3 audio. Blue ring corresponds to AC3 audio. Edited November 30, 2007 by Zero7 Quote
phunqe Posted November 30, 2007 Author Posted November 30, 2007 Oh... Yeah, I have AC3 on S/PDIF passthrough through ffdshow, which works with the FireDTV Viewer and MediaPortal's TV server. At least I know what it is then, thanks for the tip, I'll investigate further. Cheers. Quote
