Hi,

After happily using DVBViewer Pro for some time I decided to create a Home Theatre PC which will do nothing but run my TV cards.

My problem is that when I go to install DVB Pro 3.9.1.0 (or even 3.9.0.0) I get an error

"cannot import dll:C:\TEMP\xx-XXXXX\unzipper.dll"

and the install stops.

The sub-folder xx-XXXX changes name every time I run setup.exe

I am using WinXP SP2

Dvico DualDigital DVB-T TV card

Celeron 2.6

512 mb SDRam

nVidia FX5200 256mb Video card

any suggestions please?

cheers

Well it seems I have everyone stumped. I managed to find a workaround. I downloaded the old DVB 3.2.6 from the archives and it installed fine. i then installed 3.9.1.0 on another computer where I to no error message. I then copied the DVBViewer folder containing v3.9.1.0 over the 3.2.6, set it up and now all works fine.

I would still like to know why v3.9.1.0 won't install on my media PC
