Pohanka Posted December 12, 2007 Posted December 12, 2007 After installation DVBViewer Pro V3.9.1.1 I have problem with recorded film. It has no sound. It worked fine with 3.9, however, recording did not work in 3.9. when I wanted to split recorded files after 2GB. I tried configuration from 3.9 and I also started with clear new configuration. Still no sound. The configuration file is attached. TV plays with sound so it has sound from TV but the recorded file is with no sound. DVBSource for Mpeg-Files is enabled. DVBViewer Pro V3.9.1.1 plays with no sound. GOM Player shows no sound in file. *** DIRECTSHOW FILTER LIST *** 1. Video Renderer 2. Gretech Video 3. AVerMedia MPEG Video Decoder 4. Pohanka Posted December 12, 2007 Author Posted December 12, 2007 Recording as *.ts works fine. When I switch back to Video/Audio PS (*.mpg) still no sound in the recorded file. Quote
damp Posted December 14, 2007 Posted December 14, 2007 Having the same problem, same solution works for me: no sound in mpg, ts format is OK. Any idea what the reason is? Thank you, M. Quote
tie Posted December 16, 2007 Posted December 16, 2007 Same problem. No audio stream in recorded file (mpg) in DVBViewer 3.9.1.0 (and GE 2.4.3.0) in MS Vista. Recording with TS is working fine but this is not solution for me... support.zip Quote
antdude Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Oh wow, same problem here. However, it only happens in two stations from what I can see. I posted the details in http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?...mp;#entry170183 ... I did not have this problem with v3.5 and T.E. versions. Quote
Moses Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 It's a bug in 3.9.1.0, it's known and it will be fixed. Until then, stay with ts if you run into troubles. Between *.ts and *.mpg is not sooo big difference. Most Players can play back *.ts as well as mpg, you just have to tell windows that they should open *.ts files. Or use the tsplayer to convert the *.ts files into mpegs. Quote
