No Access / Ingen adgang - dvbviewer 3.9.1

Hi!

 

I just bought DVBViewer yesterday - looking beautiful and looking forward to use it to its fullest.

 

I have CanalDigital as my provider, a subscription, a conax v4.00e CA module and a Azurewave / Twinhan DVB-S2 CI sat card. Everything seems to be working, even my S2 channels. However, I do get this annoying box in the screen saying "ingen adgang" - "no access" in english.

 

How do I get rid of this? -Its not logic, as I have full access to the channels

Are you sure you have connected and inserted the CAM module and the access card correct?

Does it work with SW supplied with the card?

Are you a new or old Canal Digital customer. I have heard that Canal Digital is pairing the access card with the reciever. I am an "old" customer, so it works for me (using Technotrend S2-3200 card)
