Automatic start after hibernation

When exiting DVBViewer to hibernation DVBViewer will still be closed when you wake the computer.

 

I would like such a feature that automaticly starts DVBViewer when waking the computer from hibernation.

You have to use DVB Task Scheduler (Members Section) or DVBViewer Starter (Members Section).

Put a shortcut to in the Autorun. If you use the Starter select "Start DVBViewer after Suspend or Standby"

In Task Scheduler it is "Restart on Resume".

this could better be made a standard feature. it's what you would expect. the software is running so why not play the selected channel?

you read wrong, it's about restarting DVBViewer after hibernation. If you use taskscheduler, DVBViewer will close itself down before hibernation/standby to handle faulty dvb drivers, that don't like standby / hibernation too much, when the device is still used and therefore "kill" recordings.
