Problems with channel scanning

I'm trying to install Nilesat 7W, when i try to install certain frequencies, DVBViewer says that it found 16 new programs, and then no channels are added into the folder, knowing that i choosed the right option, and clicked on Update channels, and i picked the right folder, for additional inspection, i installed another DVB program, and the channels i was looking for are working perfectly with quality over 85%, so, it's not a signal problem as far as i know, also i have a question, is it possible to choose the polorization while scanning?

 

TV-PC card: Twinhan 1027 Driver: 1.0.2.9

Chipset on the TV-PC card: Conexant

VGA card: GeForce 6600 GT 512 DDRam, Driver: 6.14.11.6371

and I'm using DVBViewer 3.9.1.0
