Cannot install or get into user area

Hi,

 

I am reinstalling my PC and cannot get DVBViewer to install also I cannot get into the user area.

 

The installation requires a user name and password. If I enter my forum user name and password it say I need to enter a name so I enter my email addr and password it goes off to checking registration key and then comes back to the enter user name and password form with no explanation! It workred OK last month when I reinsalled.

 

Anyone know how I can progress this?

 

Also I cannot get into the user area.

 

I've done a password recovery so I know my user name and email add are OK and have used the new password as well all to no avail.

 

Please help as this is the only way I have to watch TV.

You need the Username and Password, you received when buying the DVBViewer. The Forum username/password have nothing to do with it.
