RLAudioSel, dual language balance problem

Hi,

 

Need some help.. being a newbi and all.

 

Some of my channels on Canal Digital, notably Eurosport send different language sound in left and right channel. Very irritating.. So I searched this excellent forum and read through a lot of posts. I did follow the advice in the posts but can't still get it to work.

 

This is what I have done so far.

 

1. Downloaded the RLAudioSel.ax and placed in the DVBViewer\filters folder.

2. Downloaded the RdLifgt Filter Manager and used it to register RLAudioSel.ax (had to run as admin to make it work). I can see from the filter list that it has registered.

3. Rebooted my PC (just to make sure...)

4. Started DVBViewer and found Audio Balance Control under Settings Menu. Can only find it in upper toolbar, but not in right click menu.

4. Selecting Left or Right or Center does not have any effect at all... Still have both languages (Danish in left and Swedish in right).

 

In the menu View -> Filters; I can not see the RadLight Audio Select Filter. Should I?

 

Am I doing something wrong? Missed any steps? ANy other settings need to be tweaked?

 

My setup: Vista, DVBViewr Pro V 3.2.1.1

 

Any suggestions welcome...
