How to find out if OSD is displayed

Hallo,

I hope someone here can help me. I'm using a Tool called autohotkey for integrating the DVBViewer into MP.

I would like to know if there is a way to find out if the OSD is displayed. I use autohotky to look if DVBViewer is in

foreground when the Backspace Button is hitted and if so to start my VisualBasic Application which should look if

OSD is displayed if not the Backspace Button will Close DVBViewer. When DVBViewer is closed the System will

automatically return to MediaPortal.

If using MediaPortal I use almost identical Skins like this Skin and that Skin.

I hope someone could help me about that.

Thanks

Regards

Hi Vlaves,

I'm not sure if I can help you (I'm not a programmer) but I'll try.

Have a look at the girder plugin 1.1. It uses DVBV's Com interface.

In the girder plugin package you'll find dvbvier.vbs.

One function asks whether WindowID is -1 or not. If it's -1 then there's is currently no OSD.

Also, You should find all sorts of possiblities in the ducumentation of the com interface.

You'll find everything in the members area, i.e. in the download section.

Hope it helps.
