titan Posted January 26, 2008 Author Posted January 26, 2008 (edited) nowhere http://www.DVBViewer.info/forum/index.php?showtopic=2210 -> support.zip I'm not very familiar wiyh this but ok, I will try exact TV-card modell and useed driver version Technotrend S2-3200 and drivers are 4.4.10.18 with CI interface type and chipset of the mainboard Asus P5W DH Deluxe 975 X chipset graphics card and useed driver version - Asus 7600 GT HDMI with latest drivers I had 3.9.0 version and everything worked fine ,then downloaded 3.9.2 ,deinstalled old version and installed new version . In the begining checked CI support for Technotrend and when everything finished I'm getting the free channels ,but encoded -NO then can not see my CAM ,Show CAM is not active. Then found 3.9.0 deinstalled 3.9.2 and installed again 3.9.0 but same Show CAM is not active . I have Irdeto CAM with Euro 1080 card. Any idea how to activate this CI plugin ? With older softwre versions everything was fine. I have the TT S2-3200, newest drivers, I am on an Abit P35 pro Motherboard and Geforce 7600 GT HDMI graphics card. rgds, Charly support.zip Quote
Lars_MQ Posted January 26, 2008 Posted January 26, 2008 please start the viewer with the -debug commandline tune some channels and then post the support.zip again. it will contain a debug.log, maybe it shows what going wrong in your system. Quote

Sorry , I'm not a specialist , just a simple user .Could you ,please, explain better . I need to run this tomorrow to record something important for me .Thank you very much . When I'm installing the program there is some options to install CI support and I'm doing it , but after I run the program again I can not see the CAM. I have now 3 different CAMs - original Irdeto, Dragon 4.1 and Alphacrypt. How to start debug command line ?? Quote

titan Posted February 1, 2008 Author Posted February 1, 2008 (edited) OK, thanks , I manage to run EXQI with my smart card , but there is a new problem now .When I run some HD channel to record after 5-10 minutes the program blocking and I lost my favorite records ...Any idea ??
