no picture when using DxVA !

I have problem,

 

first of all can someone explain me what is option DxVA in Cyberlink H264 decoder for?!

 

 

 

I'm using the DVBViewer Version 3.9.2 , and H264 decoder from Cyberlink Power DVD 7 , but I want use(check) hardware acceleration in H264 decoder like for mpeg2 decoder to get the best picture from HDTV,

 

but then system wont show me picture on some HDTV channels, it only works when I uncheck option dxva.

 

is DxVA the same as hardware acceleration or what?!

 

I watch HDTV on Terratec Cinergy HT PCI with pc configuration displayed in my signature.
