Black Screen with Nvidia Dual Monitor Setup

I currently am suffering with a black screen issue with one of my two monitors. When DVBViewer is run on my main monitor a 22" WS Samsung the picture displayed correctly. Yet when I attempt to view it on my 2nd 19" monitor I am simply presented with a black screen yet can hear sound in the background. I use the Nvidia nView desktop monitor to enable a 2nd separate desktop area as it were which allows me to drag over windows etc.

 

I've tried all the video renderers and video decoder options I have yet nothing seems to work.
