Problem with video render

If I use another video renderer than overlay mixer for example (VRM7 video mixing renderer) I get a result like this

I have Windows XP SP2, DirectX 9.0c, ATI Catalyst driver 07.12, DVBViewer PRO V3.9.1.1 and a ATI HD2400 (EAH2400PRO)

I tried the VMR fix and it seems to work.
