No action when change video decoders

Do you know why when i change the video decoders(cyberlink to ffdshow or maiconcept to elecard etc..)the image it is always the same quality, it seem to take no action when change.

well take a look at view-> filters, there you can see which filters are used. And don't exspect miracles from the decoders, even they can't make gold out of a shitty transmission.
