Stream errors only at start of record

I have some trouble's with recording's which i partly solved with project-x. But it bug's me still and would love to now if more people has this problem.

 

I am using am firedtv-c when the recording start i get in 33% of the recordings very fast in the first miliseconds 30-75 stream errors. The resulting file will not play on my dvico and i have to put it thru projectx.

 

After these error's i wil get none in the rest of the recording.

 

Anyone who has an idea why this happen's ?
