DVBViewer Choppy DVB-T Playback

HI,

 

I only get choppy playback using DVBViewer Pro 3.9.2.0. I have Powerdvd Ultra, an Asus 2600XT graphics card with hardware acceleration, along with 3GB 800Mhz RAM, and Core 2 Duo E6550 CPU. I use Vista Home Premium. My settings for DVBViewer are Cyberlink for both the Mpeg decoder and H.264 decoder, and I have set EVR as the renderer. My tuner is the Compro Dual Digital/Analog T750 with BDA drivers. I can pick up the picture, buts its just really choppy for some reason and my CPU utilization is only about 10-15%. Any help would be great.
