Presterin Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 So, problem is, very often changing channel causes video to go blank, also audio disappears. I usually get them back when I rebuild graphics, but sometimes only option is to restart DVBViewer. I use Cyberlink codecs, and I've tried all renderers. It's not a hardware problem, because other programs, eg. ProgDVB work fine, although it has so ugly OSD, I can't use it. So, when new version is out, if it would fix my problem? Quote

Presterin Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 No, it doesn't.. Most problematic channel is MTV Finland, frequency 354MHz, symbol rate 6900, modulation QAM_128. I have tried also Elecard and ffdshow codecs, but still it doesn't work right. Quote
Lars_MQ Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Please start the DVBViewer with the -debug commandline. tune some channels. shut it down and post again a support.zip. It will contain a debug.log which might give a clue what is going on. Quote

Lars_MQ Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Option -> DirectX set the audiorenderer back to default directsound device. If this doesn't solve the problem, try changing the videorender and audio decoder. Oh and remove send only encrypted channels in options -> hardware. Quote
