Freezing and crashing on certain DVB-T channel

Hi,

I have been using DVBViewer with my KWorld DVB-T PCI card for several years without a problem. However, recently my old motherboard died and I now have a rebuilt PC (spec below). I have installed DVBViewer Pro Version 3.9.2.0, and it seems to work OK except when I tune to Film 4, when after one or two seconds the picture freezes, and within another second I get a Microsoft crash report and DVBViewer exits. If I report the problem to MicroSoft using the automatic reporting option, and follow their in formation link about the problem, it says it's to do with PowerDVD, and directs me to the Cyberlink web site. I don't have PowerDVD installed. I do now have PowerDirector installed, but my problem started before I installed it.

I haven't been able to find the same problem reported on the forum. I only have so much time to spend searching...

I am assuming it may be something to do with video codecs, but it's not my line of expertise.

Thanks for any help,

Doug.
