Missing some pay-channels

Hi hope you can help. I'm trying to configure for the first time so it might be a small trivial problem - here we go:::::

 

I can't find the 5 TV1000 pay channes (I have paied and it works with Vista MEC).

 

I'm using

 

* TDC cable TV

* FireDTV

* DVBViewer 3.9.2.0

 

 

the TV1000 channels should be found on:

* freq: 156 Mhz

* symbolrate 6875

* QAM size 64

 

Please advice
