wxyzkmi
Bonjour, Pour ceux qui sont intéressés voilà la traduction en francais du fichier windowdef.xml. A mettre dans le répertoire CMUV habituel ou de DVBViewer selon votre cas. Au plaisir. Le programme ayant été amélioré ce fichier n'est plus utile. Tjod
What is the reason for translating this file? Everything should be translatable via Français.lng file. Quote Link to comment
Lars_MQ
I was wondering about the same. Quote Link to comment
wxyzkmi
I was wondering about the same. Except error in the file version french.lng the windowdef.xml this is not therefore can not be in french ?? It has to be done with MenuEdit. That's what I realized. Lars_MQ
providing this file may cause trouble with some skins, which rely on a special tailored windowdefs.xml. This will cause the users to think there a bug, this will cause postings here with us trying to figure out what's wrong and so on... I do see your point and understand your intentions. Maybe I can solve the problem at the root and change the text in the options page to the text, which is also displayed in the OSD (and is translated). Would this be agreeable for you? Your solution seems more appropriate than to translate the windowdef. Quote Link to comment
Gioxy
Now I see too; the Lars solution for sure can be a step ahead, anyway the most visible part, the pages title in the OSD (e.g. "Main Menu", "Home Theatre", "My Pictures" and so on...), will still remain in english, as they are part of the OSD background's images, often very difficult to change: infact till now there aren't french or italian translation of any OSD skins...
