Key Request

Hi,

 

I just buy a DVBViewer license key because i read anywhere that this software is one of the best.

 

I installed it yesterday and today i wanted to make a record but I can't do it because the software tell me username and password each time i want to record a channel.

So each time i fill username and password but each time i make a record i have to fill again and DVBViewer restart.

I don't understand because I fill the right username and password, the ones i received by mail yesterday.

 

Can you please give me some advices?
