How is the video folder thumbnail name 0123456789.jpg generated?

Hi all,

like the topic says:

 

how is the thumbnail number generated in the video folder? I'd like to use some coverart for my movies but, in this way, it seems a little bit tricky to check and overwrite filenames one by one.

Is not possible to use movie titles for thumbnails like:

 

movie.avi --> movie.jpg

Yes put the image with the equal name in the folder where the movie is. Than should it work.

Nevermind... Solved.

 

Seems I had to make DVBViewer first create the folders (first time I didn't) and then put a ######.jpg for the thumbnail.

Is there a way to put a piece of text with the movie plot just like some sort of EPG but only for files?

I've looked at the variables used in the OSD skinner and with the help of DVB Spy but I can't see nothing of use.
