no picture but sound only on those HDTV programme encoded in h264

I found that hdtv programme encoded in h264, there will be no picture but sound only when using cyberlink h264 video decoder (i.e. I want to use hardware h264 decoding on my display card)

 

 

However , If I use ffdshow or coreAVC h264 decoder, the picture shown but
