ramonchin Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Hi Under vista x86 sp1, EVR renderer leaves a black frame around the video. Should I set "zoom" for filling all the screen? Is this a good PQ option? In xp, under VMR 7 720p films filled all the 1920x1080 bravia screen. support.zip Quote
Theoradicus Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 - did you test overlay/VMR7/9 with vista - could be some driver issues with vista (output scaling) - are you really sure you didnt change anything picture-wise on your bravia screen ? Quote

Theoradicus Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 dont know how to read the support.zip file but did you test some other codecs or playback software with EVR renderer ( MPC HomeCinema should offer this option) or have you changed the playback codec in DVBViewer? Quote
ramonchin Posted May 2, 2008 Author Posted May 2, 2008 I've tried MPC HomeCinema using EVR+CoreAVC (like in DVBViewer) and here the screen is filled with 720p matroskas Quote
