Keep asking username & password & hang

Dear Sir,

 

just bought DVBViewer yesterday, installed 2 problems.

1. always ask for username & passowrd every 5 minutes , when i watching tv. but after i input the u & p , and I press OK , it got no response. and close eventually!!!

 

2. I am from HK, I follow the HK guide for setup , when I watch HD (H.264) channel , it is very easy to HANG!!! it needs to Hard reboot the system. When I watch ATV channel , IT MUST HANG!!!!! depends on how many minutes, from 1 - 3 minutes random.

 

3. I have tried 3.9.2 and the 3.9.3.45beta , same thing happens , when watch HD H.264 channel , Hang, display White screen with many small square box ! what is the problem? it is the hardware acceleration problem?

 

4. Is there anyone know how to correct EPG got gabbage for viewer Chinese text problem.

-Core2Duo E6550

-Sapphire ATI 3650 Display card (256mb, Catalyst 8.4 driver)

-ASUS U3100 mini USD TV tunner

-2GB Ram

-500GB Seagate HD

-Gigabyte G33m-D2H, with latest 24/April BIOS

Are you sure that you brought a legal version? In this case please drop the author an email.

The easiest way is to start the viewer, click on the about -> config folder item, close the DVBViewer and deinstall it. After this remove all config files from the DVBViewer (which are shown in the explorer window which appeared after clicking on config folder) and reinstall the application again.

yes, i just uninstall the files and reinstall it . when it ask for username & password , it said it is not correct , CANNOT reinstall anymore , help!!!

 

 

yes, it is a legal copy, just bought on last friday.
