DVBViewer can't find channels on Chinasat 6B 115.5

Is there anyone succeeding on finding CCTV HD channels at Chinasat 6B of 115.5?

I have Vista Ultimate installed with Twinhan DTV-DVB 1208 PCIe board.

I can't get any channels upon scanning while I can get those channels on ProgDVB, DVB Dream, DigitalTV and even MS Media Center.

BTW, the HD channel has the following property:

Transponder: 4100 - V - 27500

 

Please give me a hand on this and I greatly apprecaite it!
