Missing Channels

I have just joined the forum and hello to everyone here.

I have a problem after installing DVBViewer and using it with my FireDTV hardware, when I do a scan some of the transponders fail to return any channels.

I am based in the UK and using my Sky dish to scan Astra 2D. Have read a couple of posts with a similar problem but their solution does not fix mine. I was wondering if my dish is not aligned correctly but then I have no problem with my other receivers (Sky Pace box and Humax). I get about 600 channels when scanning with Transedit but noticeably BBC2, 3 and 4 are missing as is Luxe TV HD which is what I want. BBC HD is OK. It seems to be certain transponders. Signal is 75%. Anyone any ideas that might help, is there a tweak I am missing with DVBViewer? I am at a loss to know how to fix this.

OK have found the problem, it was the DiseqC setting that was incorrect.
