I have the Gigabyte 780G mobo. With the Arcsoft decoder EVR causes OSD to not appear, the Cyberlink H.264 decoder does exactly what you describe, plus it crashes when ITV HD is selected. In the end I opted to use Overlay Mixer with the Arcsoft decoder, the OSD appears and is great.
