DVBVIEWER 3.9.4.0 crash problem

DVBViewer crashing on Windows VIsta ultimate SP1 when I try to start XAMPP web / mysql Server .

 

After blue screen and restart, windows says it's recovered from serious error which is:

Anyone knows why?!

 

i had the same problem with my hd2 card on vista64+sp1. i uninstalled sp1 and now it's working fine. skystar drivers seem to have a problem with sp1.
