Naima Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 (edited) I have a freecom usb dvb-t stick and totalmedia installed. Now I'm using DVBViewer and I managed to uninstall totalmedia. But when I then launch DVBViewer it says no filter found and I got only the audio with a black screen. Any chance to safely uninstall totalmedia and getting DVBViewer working properly? Thank you Edited June 19, 2008 by Naima Quote
Araj Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Hi Naima I don't have the same hardware or software as you but I had exactly the same issue DVBViewer is not supplied with all the decoders (filters) you need to show content, these come with your hardware and are installed in the software setup. In my case it was Cyberlink Power Cinema. I deinstalled, no pictures. Reinstalled, no problem, so I just left it installed although I don't use it. I imagine there are other places you could get the decoders on their own, but I was too lazy ;-) Quote
