kouniao311 Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 My DVBViewer V3.9.4.0 can't be successfully launched. It always pop up a window say that " Error in Userdata! Please start the DVBViewer as Administrator!" My operating system is Vista Home Premium, the user account is administrator. I tried to uninstall then re-install it but still doesn't work. Does anyone can help me to solve this problem? thanks Quote
Lars_MQ Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 The userdata is invalid. Deinstall and then install und enter your username and password, you received when you bought the DVBViewer, exactly as written in the confirmation email. Quote

Heide Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 (edited) The userdata is invalid. Deinstall and then install und enter your username and password, you received when you bought the DVBViewer, exactly as written in the confirmation email. I have the same problem since upgrading to v. 3.9.4.0. 10 days ago I resolved the problem by removing the installation and running setup again. But yesterday the problem was back: DVBViewer prompts for Username and password. I didnt have the info by hand so I selected close. Relauncing DVBViewer gives: Error in Userdata. This time reinstalling was unsuccessfull. But placcing the previous version in the DVBViewer directory and running it solves the problem. at least for the moment. Now the latest version can start againg! I hope this is helpfull. Using Vista Home edi. premium. Best regards Poul Heide support.zip Edited July 25, 2008 by Heide Quote
