userdata.xml file disappears when DVBViewer crashes

Has anyone experienced the above?

 

When I have to end task DVBViewer, because it has crashed and is not responding, and then start it again I find the userdata.xml file is missing and hence Music, Pictures and Movies virtual paths are not there.
